Dumpster Pad & Corral Cleaning
for North Charleston Businesses
Freight moves through North Charleston all day, and dumpster pads take the worst of it. Roll-off trucks drag steel across the concrete, forklifts track grease off the dock, and compactor fluid runs to the low corner and sits there. Hot water and degreaser lift what a cold rinse leaves behind, then an enzyme deodorizer works on the smell itself.

Dumpster Pad & Corral Cleaning in North Charleston: What Makes It Different Here
Most of our pad work here is volume work. A distribution building off Palmetto Commerce Park or Aviation Avenue may run two or three compactor pads plus an approach apron wide enough for a tractor trailer to swing through, so the cleaning has to be built around dock hours rather than dropped in whenever. Big-box retail along Rivers Avenue and the Northwoods and Tanger area is a different problem: cardboard pulp, soda syrup and constant sightlines from the parking field. Park Circle restaurants bring grease. Corral walls in North Charleston are usually block or split-face, which soaks up odor and holds it, so the walls get treated along with the slab and the apron gets rinsed last.
- Compactor pads at Palmetto Commerce Park scheduled around dock hours, including off-hours and overnight.
- Forklift grease and hydraulic staining lifted from approach aprons before it tracks into the warehouse.
- Split-face block corral walls treated and deodorized, not just the slab in front of them.

North Charleston Dumpster Pad & Corral Cleaning Questions
Our dock runs two shifts. When can you actually get to the pad?
We work around the dock, not through it. Most North Charleston industrial sites get scheduled between shifts, early morning, or overnight so no truck is waiting on us and the slab has time to dry before your shift picks up again. Tell us your gate hours and the visit gets built around them.
We have a compactor bolted in place. Can the pad still be cleaned properly?
Yes. The compactor stays where it is and we work around and under the leading edge, which is where most of the leachate collects. Hot water and degreaser go down first, then enzyme treatment for the odor, then a sanitizing rinse. Solids get swept up before any water touches the slab.
