Fleet Washing
for Charleston Businesses

Downtown fleets do not get the luxury of a yard. Hotel shuttles, catering and linen vans, restaurant supply trucks, contractor vehicles staged off Morrison Drive: they park where they can, and they park in public view. We come to the vehicle, wash at ground level in the space you actually have, and work off-hours so nothing spills into King Street delivery traffic.

Fleet Washing in Charleston: What Makes It Different Here

On the peninsula the problem is rarely the dirt. It is the access. A van parked behind a King Street restaurant sits in a service lane that has to stay clear for deliveries. Hotel vehicles near the Market and East Bay live in front of an entrance where guests see them all day. The lots off Morrison Drive are the closest thing downtown has to real fleet parking, and they are still tight. We work with the footprint that exists, one vehicle at a time, and keep hoses off narrow sidewalks where pedestrians are moving. Early and overnight scheduling matters more here than anywhere else in the metro, because the gap between the last bar closing and the first delivery truck is the whole window. Fully insured, certificate on request for building management.

  • Vehicles washed one at a time in tight service lanes off King, Market and East Bay.
  • Off-hours work fits the gap between late closing and the first morning deliveries.
  • Hoses kept clear of narrow sidewalks so pedestrians and patio seating are never blocked.

Areas we cover in Charleston: King Street retail, Upper King hospitality, Market / East Bay, Morrison Drive, Downtown office core.

Charleston Fleet Washing Questions

Our vans park in a small shared lot off Morrison Drive. Is there even room to wash there?

Usually yes. Downtown fleet washing is done vehicle by vehicle rather than in a line, so we need one open space, not the whole lot. Tell us which spaces are yours and when the neighboring tenants are gone. If the lot is genuinely full, we can work vehicles as they cycle in and out instead.

Can you wash our hotel shuttles without generating noise complaints from guests?

We take those jobs in the quietest part of the night or the earliest part of the morning, whichever your front desk prefers, and set up away from guest room windows and the front entrance. Most downtown properties pick one recurring window and keep it, so valet and housekeeping always know we are coming.
