Will removing graffiti damage our historic brick or the mortar joints?

We test in a hidden spot, start with the gentlest method that moves the tag, and step up only if the surface tolerates it. Soft old brick and lime mortar mark permanently, so on some walls partial removal plus a masonry-matched touch up is the honest answer.
Someone scratched into our storefront glass. Is that the same job?
Not quite. Paint, marker and adhesive residue on glass comes off cleanly. Scratches cut into the pane itself, and acid etching, are physical damage and belong with a glazier rather than a cleaner. We will tell you which one you have when we look at it, and handle the paint and film on the frames, bulkheads and sills either way.
